Brittini Wright-Burley
Owner & CEO
Brittini holds degrees in Business and Sociology from Duquesne University and over 16 years of experience within the childcare field. In addition to managing Wright Childcare Solutions corporate interests, Brittini is also the Executive Director of The Learning Loft Childcare Centers and the Founder of The Early Excellence Project.
Daile Fordoski
Chief Operating Officer
Daile Fordoski graduated from Western Governor’s University earning a bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies K-6. She has over 15 years of experience working with children including tutoring in-person and online, teaching ESL, and teaching preschool. Currently, as the Chief Operating Officer of The Learning Loft, she focuses on overseeing and maintaining all site accreditations, hiring and onboarding new staff, community partnerships, grant writing, and the day-to-day operations of all Learning Loft sites. Daile also consults with daycare directors assisting their centers in providing high-level childcare and achieving NAEYC and STARS accreditations. She has dedicated herself to equipping early childhood centers with the tools needed to create effective learning environments giving children the best educational foundation possible.


LaRae Cullens
WPA Regional Director
LaRae holds bachelor’s in early childhood education as well as graphic design and visual communications. She has over 14 years of experience working with children in various capacities. Currently, as the Executive Director of The Learning Loft Childcare Centers, she focuses on teacher development and mentorship, quality family engagement and education, as well as the day to day operations of all Learning Loft sites. She believes in pouring into children from the very start and giving them a nurturing environment not just physically, emotionally, intellectually, and culturally. LaRae truly believes it takes a village for children to grow up well rounded and prepared. Her team and herself go far beyond that call to ensure the FUTURE is bright!
Dr. Danelle Conner
Chief Academic Officer
Dr. Danelle Conner has dedicated over 20 years to the field of education, specializing in curriculum and instruction. She holds a Doctorate in Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and completed her Principal Certification at Carnegie Mellon University. She has served as a teacher, instructional coach, principal, curriculum director, and now Chief Academic Officer for The Learning Loft. Danelle is passionate about empowering teachers and creating engaging learning experiences for children. Her work focuses on building strong instructional and classroom management practices and supporting educators with the tools they need to help every child succeed. She believes all children deserve access to high-quality materials, caring teachers, and classrooms where learning comes to life!

Nathan Pebbles
Compliance and Certification Director
Nathan graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He has over 15 years of experience working with children which includes approximately 7 years focused on compliance and training. Currently, as the Compliance and Certification Director of The Learning Loft Centers, he is concentrating on ensuring that all of the centers are meeting Department of Human Services regulations. Additionally he is developing policies and procedures that will not only strengthen the high standards at The Learning Loft but will help pave the way for the future.

Jazmyne Boyd
Instructional and Social Emotional Behavior Coach
Jazmyne Boyd holds a dual bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (PK–4) and Special Education (PK–8), and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Literacy Instruction. She has had the privilege of working with children of all ages across a variety of settings for 6 years. Her favorite part of this work is watching children grow and achieve their goals!
